Most women are familiar with the physical symptoms that accompany their monthly cycle. Yet few suspect the profoundly positive psychological states, mental and emotional powers, that unfold within their mind, returning reliably month after month, for more than three decades of their lives — to become a powerful tool in themselves. These energies are simply waiting to be used. Nature has equipped us with everything we need to live in our powerful, feminine form.

Exhausted – although you give everything.
Feeling inadequate – although you function.
No longer yourself – although you are needed everywhere.
You feel the exhaustion — bone-deep and persistent. Something in the life you are living is not right.
Partner, children, career, family — you carry it all, yet draw no strength and no joy from your daily life. Instead life feels like cycling upwards most of the time.
And on top of that, a disruptive monthly bleed, unsettling mood swings, or painful periods – and a world that suggests that being a woman is somehow a flaw to be hidden and concealed. Or perhaps you are moving through a world that suggests a woman past her fertile years is defined above all by what she lacks.
That sense of estrangement — from your cycle, your femininity, your body — is a warning signal.
This is not failure. This is information. Being a woman does not mean eternal beauty or freedom from all hardship. It means wisdom, purpose, and a life lived in fullness.
Femininity — in the fertile years and beyond — is not a problem. It is potential.
The female mind that inhabits this female body,
everything about being a woman, is perfect and holds within it the perfect potential for a meaningful life that has direction and purpose. Your wishes appear in order to be fulfilled.

Within your most primal feminine cycle lies a source that most women never consciously tap into throughout their entire lives.
The exhaustion is not a defect. Nobody simply ever taught you to read the signs.
Each phase of your cycle brings different psychological energies. Different strengths. Different clarity. Throughout the month, we are not one and the same woman — constant and unchanging. Unlike men, our minds and our inner experience shift cyclically. Our character and our very nature quite literally shift. We are several different women. This is not a flaw. It is richness. Once you know this, you stop fighting against yourself.
This is exactly what I teach women: which states, wisdoms, and strengths are available, for what purpose, and on which day of the cycle. And how to use them deliberately to realize your own goals in life. As a teacher, mentor, and psychologist, this is precisely what I am here to show you.
Every woman is unique in her personality — and yet that individual character sits like a diadem upon a body that functions according to the same fundamentally feminine principles. We draw our wisdom and our strengths from the same source; it simply expresses itself differently in each of us.
When a woman ignores the direction of these energies — which are a fixed part of her body's biochemistry — over time, she weakens herself.
A woman who tries to ignore her cycle repeatedly allows her own feelings to be overridden and betrays her instincts. In any case, she remains far below her energetic potential. Living mentally in alignment with your cycle is no cure-all. But when you remove the constant friction at this fundamental level, the positive effects accumulate over years. You step into your femininity. You are no longer driving with the handbrake on — instead, you move through every situation in exactly the right gear.

I don't know this from books.
In my teenage years, I was prescribed the pill — for contraception, and because "it can't hurt." It was the 1990s in West Germany. No further questions asked.
What followed, I never forgot: within a few months, a bold, adventurous, magnetic young girl transformed into an anxious, insecure being who clung to her boyfriend — and no longer recognized herself. Six months later, I could no longer bear this stark transformation of my character and stopped taking the hormones. For good.
From that point on, I began observing my cycle very closely. At first almost in passing — but over time, and this is where my deep analytical interest in psychological experience first revealed itself, I began to understand the connections. In the decades leading up to my own menopause, an entire world had opened up to me.
In 2012 I held the first courses on this subject in my Berlin practice. A reaction I heard often from women was: "Why did nobody tell me this when I was 16?"
Human feeling, thinking, and experience are my field of expertise. Since 2005, I have been a passionate psychologist — first as a teacher in adult education, and since 2012 as a licensed psychotherapist.
I am now in my fifties, well into the years beyond menopause myself. This time of life, too, is better than anything we were ever told.
No counselling process without end.

General
An XX chromosomal pair is an absolute and non-negotiable prerequisite for this coaching.
The powers within the cycle belong to the woman alone and serve her across all areas of life. They are by no means exclusively linked to sexual activity or relationship matters
Regarding Option 1
Hormonal contraception is an exclusion criterion. Without an active cycle, the work cannot take place.
If you decide to stop taking the pill, I will advise you on the transition and stabilisation of your cycle.
This option is available to all girls and women from puberty onwards. Very young girls up to the age of 16 receive a sensitive, age-appropriate introduction.
Regarding Option 2
For women after menopause: you should previously have had a cycle for many years – ideally more than ten.
If you are generally interested but there are particular circumstances in your personal situation that require clarification beforehand, please request a 15-minute preliminary conversation. In your email, please include your date of birth and telephone number. I will then call you back.
I use hormonal contraception — can I still come?
No. Hormonal contraception prevents ovulation and fully suppresses the natural cycle — and with it, the experience of the psychological states that form the foundation of this work. This is not a value judgement; the cycle is simply a prerequisite for learning and experience.
Why only one session — isn't that too little?
Because this session is not the beginning of a guided process — it is an incision.
You are about to become an independent woman — the sole master of your own life. You do not begin that path by creating new dependency. You arrive with a situation. You leave with your own understanding and a plan.
What if questions come up later?
Women who have booked one of the two foundational offers and have worked with the knowledge for some time are welcome to book individual follow-up sessions on that basis. Each session stands on its own. I am genuinely delighted to witness every woman's development. More important, however, is that YOU feel increasingly empowered to be the expert on yourself — on your life, your physical health, and your mental wellbeing.
How does a session work?
The session takes place online via video call. The more focused and receptive you are on that day, the better. The conversation may be recorded.
Important biographical and medical information is shared with me in advance through a questionnaire. If the energy for a conversation of this length is not there in the moment, it can be split into two sessions of 90 minutes each — ideally on consecutive days.
Isn't meeting in person better?
In person is always wonderful — and entirely possible. Depending on the time of year, I am based in Prague or Litoměřice in the Czech Republic (not far from Dresden), Zagreb, or Crete. A room hire fee will be added to the listed price. And if you can combine our session with a few days away from everyday life — all the better.
That said, for work as focused and concrete as this, online sessions are remarkably effective. The clarity of the questions we are working with travels well through a screen.

It is not a "new miracle cure" — and it should never have been a secret. Relative to the grand sweep of human knowledge, this understanding is rather fundamental and unspectacular. What makes it remarkable is the fact that very few women today have any idea what is happening in their minds — set in motion by the psychotropic processes of the cycle. And even those who roughly sense the rhythm rarely use these energies strategically for themselves.Instead, hormonal contraception remains widespread — understood as a purely physical "treatment." You will learn to observe your mind — in a practically useful sense, in everyday life, every day. Life remains a matter of solving problems. But you will have the toolbox explained to you that nature has always made available to you — and once made conscious, no one can ever take it from you again.
The goal is the greatest possible mental freedom and independence.
No one reaches such a result quickly. This is a process that takes years. And yet it is worth setting out on the path. In the long run, it is the most affordable and most sustainable route to independence:
You learn to let your "moods" work for you — for the fulfilment of your goals and desires — instead of trying to change or suppress them.
You learn to become independent of the external means you previously used to alter your moods — substances, medication, quick dopamine hits.
States of emotional tension diminish, and many physical complaints and illnesses never gain a foothold in the first place.
You become less dependent on the moods of others, as your own power to shape your life moves more fully into your awareness.
On this path, you will need to seek — and find — answers to the question of what you truly want to do with your life. You do not fill a car with petrol and then drive nowhere. The female mind contains wisdom. That wisdom is not an end in itself. It is a tool.
